To prepare the shake:
- Mix it with the recommended amount of water for a quick, fuss-free meal. For better taste and texture, mix it with milk or plant-based milk
- You can scroll down to find the volume of liquid to prepare the shake with, below the specific meal shake you purchased. Add the liquid into the shaker bottle first, before the powder
While consuming: If you're consuming it over a long period, remember to shake it up every 10 minutes or so. This prevents the nuts, seeds and other chunks of whole food from settling at the bottom and clumping up.
After consuming shake: Drink lots of water! Our meal replacement shakes are packed with dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. To help your body process and absorb these nutrients better, stay hydrated and drink lots of water. We recommend 350-500ml of water after you finish the shake.
Essential Meal Shakes
For single serving sachets: Mix with 350ml of milk, soy milk, nut milk or water
For bulk packs: Use 2 scoops for a small meal, and 3 for a large one. Use a ratio of 1 scoop to 150-180ml of milk, plant-based milk or water
